Package #1     $850 A scaled down version of our most popular package.  We will serve as your reception emcee and bring the perfect sound system for your venue size.  Crystal clear audio without our reception lighting. Package #2    $1099 By far the most popular choice for our clients.  We will add our elegant truss tower system to help light your special moments through the night.  Wrapped in silk and lit from within our dual towers hold intelligent lighting that allows us to cast crisp spotlights on your grand entrance, cake cutting and of course your first dance.  When the dancefloor is open the lights come to life creating a club-like atmosphere for your guests to enjoy late into the night.

Package #3  $1450

If you are planning on showing a slideshow or video during your reception this is the package for you.  Venues will charge up to $500 to rent a projector and screen which still leaves you without a way to hear the video.  For a slight upgrade in price we will project your video in one of four ways ... your choice.  1) on the venue wall (if it’s a solid color) which saves space  2) on our 36 sq. ft front projection screen 3) on our 100 sq. ft rear projection screen 4) on our state of the art 52” LCD flat panel TV (great for areas next to bar or entryway).

Package #4 Platinum Package  $2150

Here is your chance to throw the party of the year!  This package includes access to all of amenities listed in the above packages as well as our top three add on services. Personalized monogram projection, 10 fixture LED up-lighting package and our professional slideshow production are all yours wuth the Platinum Package for less than booking them individually. Add on services: 

Married by Ponch: $300

Add a unique twist to your ceremony by having a local radio personality, elequent speaker and ordained minister act as your wedding official. Ponch has been working with Kansas City couples for years making sure your special day is uniquely you. CLICK HERE  for more information

Up-lighting:  $250 

The biggest trend in the industry right now!

Completely change the feel of your venue by allowing us to highlight architectural detail (windows, columns, entryway) or head, cake, present tables.  This package includes up to 10 LED fixtures and allow you to pick your color(s).  Fixtures beyond 10 are available for $20 per fixture.

Monogram:  $250 

Customize your own personal monogram or allow us to do it for you.  We will project (yes we use a high lumen video projector not a low brightness light) the image on a wall or dance floor, adding a very sophisticated touch to your big night!

Bubble Entry:   $125

Are you giving bubbles to your guests for your exit from the ceremony site?  Why not continue the idea to the reception site….except this time we’ll bring the bubbles – THOUSANDS of them.  Using a professional grade theatrical bubble machine you will enter the room to crystal clear sound and crisp spotlights lighting up the bride and groom in a sea of bubbles.  They will not stain clothes or leave any residue anywhere, very safe and a cool effect!

Additional or ceremony sound system:   $200

If you are holding the ceremony at or near the reception site or are looking to put a sound system in an adjacent room or outside, we will bring along a second sounds system or offer ceremony audio support.  We can wirelessly send a signal to up to two speakers for a second sound system, provide a full 2 speaker system for other applications and offer up to two microphones including a lavaliere microphone for your ceremony official and run sound for the special songs you choose for your ceremony.

Slideshow Production:  $250

If you would like a professional slideshow made for your ceremony or reception all you need to do is send us your photos and let us do the rest.  We will complete the show, add the music of your choice and burn them to a DVD for a crystal clear slideshow and a keepsake to treasure for a lifetime.

To make things both easy and affordable our pricing for Heritage Hall clients is different than our other bookings. We have condensed our main offerings down to a simple flat rate.

At the push of a button these lights come to life and spotlight areas of interest such as the grand entrance, cake cutting, toasts on stage and of course the first dance.  You’ve seen these beautiful lights on TV and in concerts why not have them for your perfect night too!  Later when we open the dance floor, these lights set the tone for an all-out party with scrolling club style effects.

Add on Services 

State of the art photo booth: $750 and up

Entertain your guests, create lasting memories and take home a reception keep sake of the biggest night of your lives. Ask us for a private showing and explanation of how to incorporate this popular addition.

22 fixture venue up-lighting (see video) $150

Completely transform the hall by lighting up the walls and stage with any color you can imagine.  These LED panels will wow your guests by throwing vibrant color onto every wall.  Choose colors to match your wedding scheme exactly, or allow them to slowly fade through the spectrums all night.  By far our most popular add-on.

High Definition Video Projection (see video) $150

If you plan on showing a slideshow or video to your guests we have you covered. If you are looping it through dinner or wanting to have your guests stop and watch with the music running through our house system, we can accommodate.  Our huge pull down screen will display your memories in crystal clear HD quality for every guest to see….then disappear back into the ceiling when you’re not using it.

Custom gobo/monogram projection (see video) $250

This feature allows you to create your own personalized gobo design to be projected on the back wall above the head table in sharply defined light.  Your metal pattern will be professionally laser cut for optimum precision and quality.  All you do is design the image you would like displayed and I do the rest.   This keepsake is a unique way to remember your special night so don’t leave without it!

46” LCD Flat Screen $150

If you are looking to have your slideshow or video playing throughout the reception without our large projection screen pulled down then consider this option.  An attractive stand will hold this large screen 6 feet off the ground and can be placed near the entryway or bar area.  Your guest will love watching portions of the video throughout the night on this crystal clear high definition screen.

Professional Haze $100

Maximize your lighting selections by putting a small amount of haze in the air.  Instead of seeing the spotlight on the dance floor alone, you will see the entire column of light.  An easy way to add drama to your special events throughout the evening and a true club feel for open dance!

Ceremony Audio Support $150

If you have chosen to host your ceremony at the hall right before your reception we will make sure to be set up well in advance and offer audio support for your processional, recessional and any songs in between.  We can also provide microphone support for your official and speakers during the ceremony. 

FAQ

Q:  What if we already have a DJ in mind we would like to use?

A: We know that the quality of your entertainment will make or break your big night.  We want everyone to not only have a great time, but talk about how much fun they had at Heritage Hall!  To ensure this happens every time, the partnership between Heritage Hall and Platinum Productions was formed. If you decide you would still like to bring in another DJ company there will be a $350 performance fee assessed. 

Q: What if we were not planning on having a DJ at all and want to play our own music?

A: You can still experience the one of a kind audio experience by renting the sound system!  You supply the laptop or iPod, and for a fee of $350 you can plug right into the sound system for the evening. We even include access to our wireless microphone for all your toasts, speeches and announcements.

Q: What if we are having a band, or paying to bring in another DJ…can we still add on lighting and other services? 

A: Yes!  Even if Platinum Productions is not there as your DJ/emcee you can still add on the venue up-lighting, monogram, and projection services.
